Once established, some clients opt for phone or text appts when that feels

most supportive of their processing and/or access.

Process for New Clients:

Reach out via email or contact page and we’ll set you up

with a free 45 min consultation. I can answer questions you have,

you can share your goals and we can talk about what

working together could look like.

There is no pressure in this consultation and all costs are disclosed below.

Sessions are $80/hour full price or $30/hour for community access rate

*Clients are encouraged to utilize the community access rate for up to 50 sessions.
